Answers sent. I had no idea what to put for 11, so I gave a wrong answer.

No offense, but you need to give a better heads up than burying it in the general rules that are copied from every sheep game.

Always read the Game Specific Rules. Always.

Because pretty much all of the recent games (since brainee's horror sheep game) have had dunk limitations of no more than 2, and the most recent game before this one (Rockmjd's Religion sheep) also had the 1 dunk limitation.

Yeah, though I did put it in large letters I think.

I've always been interested in this :

I'm 45. When the NES and SNES (and Sega Genesis) systems were popular, I was in College and medical school I guess. That was an era when adults didn't play video games (at least not like they do today). Nobody in my dorms had a gaming system and only one med school friend owned a SNES. As a result I have no NES knowledge or nostalgia. Are most of the folks here who know about this stuff younger than forty so they were still kids when these systems were popular, or was it just a period of gaming that I missed out on entirely?

Working on answers.

I'm 33, Decker, so I may have been the prime target for the NES, maybe a little bit younger.

Nope I'm 38 and it released when I was nine or ten. Targeted for my age group I thought. BTW I'll have my answers in tonight.

35 here. It was my first gaming system. I have nothing but love and fond memories of the NES era.

I'm 30, was a pretty big deal when I first got an NES. Not sure when that was though, must have been in the late 80's.

Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep

34, although if it wasn't for the Angry Video Game Nerd videos I would have forgotten everything I used to know about NES (which wasn't that much to begin with).

This is the first time I found myself cursing that I had one slam dunk left at the end of the questions  I agree they were hard to place on this one.

uh oh... I forgot about the effect of {sd} on reverse questions... this should be interesting...

Is there a reason I can never PM anyone? Does that feature turn on after a certain number of posts or time?

Thanks. I have answers to submit, if there's a way...

I don't know if there is another way.

I have 23 so far, I'll take a few more.

Yeah, pretty sure you need to reach a certain number of posts.

I'm fairly certain there are no right answers to #11. I put a wrong answer that I will be shocked if anybody matches, but it was a favorite game of mine on the NES, so I figured why not.

Rockmjd23 05-10-13 08:07 AM

Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep

I probably didn't match anyone on #11 but I still like my answer.

Maybe you should have been less focused on slicing and more focused on important stuff.

Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep

Sent in my dunk fix. What's sad is I skimmed through the rules looking to see if the dunks could be stacked and I still somehow missed it! I must of just read part about the reverse sheep dunk stacking.

Question 11 is going to suck because of the wii's virtual console.

maxfisher 05-10-13 08:16 AM

Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep

I put a wildly wrong answer to #11, hoping at least a few others would give up and do the same. I played a lot of NES games as a kid and couldn't remember a single one that'd fit the criteria.
