Cliffs: Because retailers.
So Sony doesn't have a good relationship with retailers? I call bullshit.

The PS3 version of Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition is 18 GB. That's sort of ridiculous for a system that's now being sold with a 250 GB HDD.

Well, I am a true cheapassgamer. I try to average less than $10 for retail games and I have a huge back log. So, I very rarely buy games near release date. I have 2 long term share groups on PS3 and have bought shares in many others before they droped the system limit from 5 to 2.

What I don't get is that the PS3 digital retail games seem much bigger than on 360. The 360 GoD version of that game is around 8 GB (and doesn't require double the space for the install AFAIK).

Yeah, I am a CAG as well. I do however typically buy NBA 2K, Gears and the majority of Blizzard CE's on release day. I didn't get a ps3 until a little more than a year ago so I didn't do the whole sharing thing.

I think the 30 gb is for PC due to the graphics.
