It's 100% guaranteed legendary items for completing queen's missions. There's even a chance you can get 2 as a reward if you're lucky. There's not a lot of variety in the rewards, but if you get duplicates you can break them down for very valuable ascendant materials.

I'm working on two of the bounties. I saw one I've never seen before though...Kill (3) Fallen Walkers...a bit unusual. Still working on the 200 Headshots on the Fallen.

I hit the level cap...and I'm just not feeling the game. Might trade it in and go for Diablo III instead. I already feel like I'm "done".

I'll probably keep my save and pick it up again once they add a lot more content. Disappointing at best.

You guys think they will open back up xp gaining when the expansions drop?

I don't see how they could expand the level cap without completely screwing up the systems they have in place in the base game. They would have to overhaul a lot of the existing stuff. I doubt it will happen.

I've put in a good 40 hours since hitting the level cap a couple of days after the game was released. There's a lot to do, but you have to be into the classic RPG elements of grinding and farming materials. It's a type of gameplay that you either like or you don't.

You still continue to earn XP after level 20. That's how you level up your weapons, armor, etc.. Also, I'm pretty sure XP gains go towards earning Motes of Light.

I've spent much more time playing this game AFTER level 20 than I did getting to level 20 (<- which only took about 2 days).

Yeah. It's not a bad way to earn legendaries although the missions are pretty hard.

I am now Level 25 and feel like after this weekend I may be able to tackle Vault of Glass.

The longest wait period was between Level 20 and Level 21.

The XP you get at higher levels goes to level up your gear which may go from +6 Light to +9 Light fully upgraded.

I'm still trying to figure out the leveling in this game. 20 to 21 took forever but now it seems I'm leveling faster. I think they can try to keep releasing tid bits of stuff here and then but they better be ready for November when the new COD hits cause if they don't this game will be dead in the water then. I'm not a big COD fan but Bungie's 10 year plan just went to a 100 day plan if they don't step it up.

I just hit level 20 last night....so I guess according to Bungie the game begins now, haha. I'm only at the level 13 story on Venus



I prefer to do the story missions at a higher level so as not to frustrate the crap out of myself.

I've been slowly improving in the Crucible too.

I am enjoying the game although the story is nonsensical. I am not a big FPS or PvP fan so I don't have much basis for comparison...that might give me a better impression of the game than some, haha.

they patched the cave. it's not an endless spawn of guys coming out. they come out occasionally, but not anywhere near like they were. :(

I've lost pretty much all interest at level 13 on Venus. This game does neither genre well. It's not as good a shooter as other franchises and it's definitely not as good a MMO as the rpg's out there. When you make people grind you have to make it somewhat enjoyable. Maybe they didn't care as much since it's not a pay per month game like most MMOs are.

I give Bungie tons of credit for trying to blend the two though; I hope other devs are willing to take risks like this, even if they don't work out perfectly.

i'm still puzzeled ust how the "Blue" items upgrade and help asyou level up. I've got two charcters above Level 20...Titan 22 and Warlock 24 and between them I've seen one Legendary drop. Most of my Blue Endgrams turn out to be Level 18 and under. I've got several I haven't opened hoping when I hit the next level they'll getme something better. Are all the Blue Endgrams capped at Level 20? Just wondering if I should go ahead and open them all or hold and wait?

The cave was about the only fun I have had with the game recently. Now that it is gone the game will likely end up in its case and forgotten about.
