I have some of the very best warlock minds working for me and they are all telling me rewards will be huuuuuuuggggge. The beauty of it is that I will be forcing the Mexican guardians To pay for all of it. I'll tell you something else. Year 3 Thorn and Ghally will now me manufactured in the Cosmodrone. Their leader is someone I truly admire.

I got on late last night after the servers came back up.....and one thing stuck with me and it was not good at all.
I took two characters out to do bounties and the Gunsmith Engrams....on the Venus, Moon and Mars. I've got one at 300 and the other at 304 (with a certain loadout).
Right away the first thing....Green Engrams are back....coming in at 190-200. During Daylight from a distance they actually looked like a Exotic especially on Mars. I thought I had one twice.
Second thing and probably the worse.....between the two, I got close to 15-16 Rare Engrams. Most picked up but some as rewards for turning in bounties which were around 12-13 total. Every Rare I opened came in at 242-248. Not a single one came in higher than that.
I also got two Legendary drops....but they were 266 and 268.
Since I've been back I've got Rare Engrams at 272 to 305 and those in the high 290's and above I've used to infuse and get myself above 300....which all three are either at 300 or 304. If they altered the light level on the drops that low it's going to be a long road for anyone to move up the ladder.

So basically ones like me that's in the middle will have to do Strikes, Raids or whatever in hopes of some higher drops or is this across the board on everything? So what are my choices....even PoE I would struggle a bit. Court of Oryx is a hit or a miss depending on in a group or get lucky with finding some there.

If anyone notices a lot of grain in the game right now, don't adjust your tv's. Bungie confirmed it's an bug and will be addressed.

I've only landed two Exotic's since coming back and both are weapons and both in my stash. What about the PoE...both the 41 and 42? I only got a taste doing the 41 and someone has tried to explain the other with the points but I thought I saw where the recommended LL was like 320+. I've got slim pickens with any decent guns near 298 and above. Thanks again for the link....

Destiny quite a bit did say with the Rare Drops nerfed, you basically have The Court, PoE, the high level Strike and Raid to get good gear besides certain Crucible runs.
We did the Court last night and twice with the 3rd Rune we failed because someone kept grabbing the sword early and didn't know what to do. Same thing happened the night before with another character I brought in.
....and every Rare I got yesterday including two Legendary that came from Rare Engrams were trash.
