The vidoc they played before and after the live feed might be the best one they've done for Destiny. Very informative, showed off a lot of cool stuff. Black Hawkmoon with gold trim. I mean c'mon.

There's a new Exotic Machine Gun, though it's pretty ugly.

Game Informer put up their own Supremacy video today, with previews of the other two new maps. I don't know how to embed their video, so there's the whole page. One of the maps looks like a larger version of Asylum, but plays nothing like it.

Some tidbits:
You will be able to earn Crucible rep in private matches (30 Rep per match).
Three Of Coins will not work, but if you have one active it won't be taken away either.
You can work on daily bounties and test weapons in private matches, but not weekly crucible bounties, quests or record books.
Private Matches may have up to 12 players for team Game Types, and up to 6 players for Free-For-All Game Types. So no 12-man Rumbles.

Destiny - The Collection. Coming on 9/20 for $60 ($47 for Prime and GCU). If they just toss a code in the box like they did when The Taken King was released, I'll lock in the trade in value like I did before. Cost me about $13 out of pocket.

OK folks, there was Xur news today, so here's a mini Xur Report.

Xur is located in The Reef.

PS4/XBONE Xur has:

Titans have Helm Of Saint-14
Hunters have Bones Of Eao
Warlocks have Voidfang Vestments
The Weapon this week is Invective
The Legacy Engram is for Helmets.

PS3/XBOX360 Xur has:

So the news this week is that the split between current and legacy consoles has given Xur a split personality. Xur will no longer offer the individual exotics on the old consoles. Instead, he will only be selling engrams. Since the April update, Xur has only sold legacy engrams.

So Xur has not abandoned the old consoles, he's just not stocking much for them. However, Heavy Ammo Synth, 3 Of Coins, Glass Needles and Sparrow upgrades will continue to be available.
