No engram this week because...

The weapon this week is Super Good Advice. This is a Xur debut! In Year 1, this was an exotic bounty weapon. It also sucked. It's a bit better now, but still not as good as Quillam's Terminus.

The Legacy Engram is for helmets. Don't buy this.

So apparently there's currently a way to get unlimited rockets in crucible and possibly PVE as well. Bungie is looking into it, but in the meantime Trials has been canceled this weekend. Iron Banner has also been postponed (was probably going to be next week).

This was in the This week At Bungie report. They also did a raid video this week, but they played it on normal. Normal. I wondered how they downed the Warpriest in one phase.

Solar Burn - Solar damage from any source is greatly increased.
Brawler - Guardian melee damage is greatly increased.
Grounded - Players take more damage while airborne.
Match Game - Enemy shields are resistant to all unmatched Elemental Damage.

Airborne - Players deal more damage while in the air.
Exposure - Guardian shields are increased but do not replenish.

So it's normally a week long event, but Bungie was like, "Fuck it, let's just start this shit up a day late". rotfl

Well, this was the original scheduled week for it, but it was delayed because of that hot fix. Besides, the first day is a waste anyway.

I popped into the Tower to see what Saladhead had. Chests, gloves, fusions and sidearms. The rolls are nowhere near as good as they were last month. I have zero interest in IB this week.

I just finished a game called Riptide GP2, which was in the PSN flash sale last week. It's jet ski racing, but it really felt like SRL. You do stunts for boost, lots of jumps, etc. It had a few more tracks, but overall, it felt like sparrow racing. I really hope Bungie brings that back for June, but I'm guessing that won't happen.

I do have 99 platinums now, so ever productive!

I ordered a PS4 a couple days ago and was wondering, I know my PS3 character transfers to PS4, but I was wondering, do I need to buy Destiny over again to play on PS4? I think I do, but I want to make sure.

The answer is most likely yes.

The only exception to this is if you bought Destiny way back in 2014 from the PSN store. For the first few months, buying the PS3 version gave you the PS4 version for free. If you bought the expansion pass at that time, you also got those on PS4.

However, The Taken King was never included in this deal, and you'd have to buy that again for sure.

Well, much like Xur, I have just made my weekly appearance in Destiny. Yay! Unlike me, Xur will be there for for another 47 hours straight.

OK, weekly reset came and went.

Nightfall this week: Sunless Cell. Small arms and airborne. Also, no radar.

Challenge mode I believe is supers bonus.

I did three oryx kills at reset. Not sure why.

I did get an Oryx CP should somebody want it this week.

anyway, I actually ran IB this weekend and it wasn't too bad in regards to major lag
was easy to get all 3 to rank 5 and got some decent 334/335 infusion fodder drops and exotics from 3oCs

I was going to say I was interested in the CP but I ran a raid last night and grabbed a Warpriest CP. Completed a raid from start to finish in 75 minutes.
