Re: What are you playing? (October 2012)
It must be that yearly bug, I picked back up Rumble Roses XX and played it for a little bit. Every year, I play it for about a week and then put it back down. I guess we could get into the horndog angle, but its not that at all.
Anyway, not doing much else but waiting for my copy of Borderlands 2. Hope it gets here soon.
Edit: It's HERE!

I just can't get into it yet. I loved the first one so I am not sure why I am not feeling it.
I have already put about 30 hours into TL2 and it is a masterpiece -- and just $20
This is my first MMO, I am overwhelmed by it right now. However it is pretty good
My favorite game of all time is about to get better. The DLC hits later this month
I am trying to juggle all of these. I only have a couple of hours a day to play games so it is tough.

Re: What are you playing? (October 2012)
Finally dusted off the 360 and played 1 world of Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2, but that was it
Then it was back to the Wii. Finished up the main game of Donkey Kong Country Returns and started doing the mirror levels. Next on the plate, I'll probably finally get around to Skyward Sword, followed by Fragile Dreams, Cursed Mountain, Pikmin 2, and Epic Mickey.

Re: What are you playing? (October 2012)
Recently Finished:
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood (pc) - It's funny that I didn't realize it was a prequel to the first until the very end. I hadn't played the first in so long, I had forgotten pretty much all of it.
Hydrophobia Prophecy (pc): Interesting water, that was pretty much it.
Yesterday (ipad): Interesting dark and twisted adventure game.
Currently Playing:
Darksiders 2 (pc): About ten hours in and I think I still have a ways to go, I'm taking my time with it. I enjoy it, but I'm a sucker for Zelda style gameplay. The only gripe is I think the loot aspect of the game has taken away from the usual exploration and discovery aspects, but that's just my preference.
Darkness II (pc): I stopped playing for a while, but came back to it. Now that I'm farther and have more powers, I'm enjoying it a lot more. The extra powers have added a lot more variety.
Next Up:
Spec Ops: The Line (pc)

Re: What are you playing? (October 2012)
Played RE6 for a few days, I had rented it on Red Box. I went to Best Buy Monday and bought it. Decided to play one more evening on my Red Box Copy. After finishing the Leon campaign I decided this was not worth $60 so I took it back and exchanged for Xcom which I am loving. This month is the first I've touched a game since Ghost Recon came out. It had been since like May or June since I had played a game.
