And you didn't really get brutalized... you got brutalized because you kept switching to random defenders on my option plays and running your linebackers toward the cheerleaders instead of my QB.
I struggle to defend the option to begin with-- but then I kept getting switched to defenders that I didn't anticipate (which contributed to my running them off in the wrong direction). C'est la vie.

Also, you generally don't even have to worry about pitching it. His team sniffs an option and they turn into headless chickens.

Nope. I waited around for awhile screwing around in offline dynasty but GVILLE never signed on (at least to my knowledge, because he still hasn't accepted my friend request).
