The full game is now available for PC gamers, for Play Station 5 it will be available on 6 September. They have not said when the Mac version or X-Box will be available. For those that were playing the early access, the company recommends uninstalling the early access version including the saved game files before installing the full version.

For at least FOUR MONTHS. Whoa. I was expecting maybe a month at the most. I've put in an hour. I would have played all day if I could. I don't have a lot of gaming time but I think I'm done getting games between Speedstorm, this, Starfield, and Pikmin. I can see myself doing at least two playthroughs in Pikmin.

For those of you planning to play this on a Steam Deck, you need to use Proton Experimental. Proton 7 is unstable with this game.

Spent over 30 minutes just talking to people. I love this game. I can't wait to recreate the bear scene, only reason I chose Astarion. I can see mutilple playthroughs. Helps to always roll a 20

3 hours in. I'm stuck in an area and haven't figured how to get out, gonna leave it for now and come back fresh to it later. I'm using a walkthrough and everything but this one just tells you where to go, not how to get there. Maybe I'll pick up a map (like not the in-game one, where I am and where I need to go and how to get there).

I gotta call BS on the devs reasoning behind the genital options, but whatever floats your boat.

So looking around, there doesn't seem to be a physical edition of this game. Not at all unusual for PC, but very odd for a PS5 release. I know that Alan Wake 2 isn't having one, but this is a much higher profile full game.

So I finally got close to where I was going but then I got to a subquest and then into another subquest and now I'm 4 subquests in going well I may as well do it since I'm here. I have a feeling that's the story of this game.

I'm never going to actually finish a mission in this game, I'm just going to go around collecting missions. 4:20 and I've only done 3 missions. That's not including the times things didn't turn out the way I planned and had to go back to a previous save. Saving every 5 minutes now.

Yeah, that’s not a physical edition. That’s a Collector’s Edition with some physical bonuses and a digital copy of the game. And besides I was just talking about there not being a PS5 disc version.

Interesting it's $80 for PS5, I paid $70 with the extra content (if I had bought it a day early I would have gotten extra content for $60 total sigh). I wanted to support the devs.

All new next-gen full priced games are $70 now. The extra content and 3 day early (for PS5) version costs an extra $10. Not sure which version I will get.

20ish hours in after the weekend. The game is everything I'd hope with two glaring exceptions:
1. Changing party members shouldn't be a chore. You have to go to camp, manually talk to the person you want to take out, then manually talk to the person you want to add.
2. Autosave system is garbage. It happens not nearly enough. I'm having to play like it's Morrowind and saving after every step.
Neither of these things should be an issue after 3 years of Early Access, IMO. How they weren't noted by countless EA players is strange to me.
My character is a half-elf Druid.

I got too bogged down in quests so I restarted the Halsin one. Trying to get to the Worg pens with a map. This will take a while. But I have a list of Act I quests and I'll just take them one by one and 100% each act before moving on.

Playing this game with a quest guide sounds pretty miserable. Half the fun is randomly running across things and seeing how they play out with your choices.

I can't keep it all straight in my head. Over 4 hours for 3 quests I'll never finish. I'll walk around, find a quest I want to do, THEN do the walkthrough. The checklist is to make sure at the end I didn't miss any, I'll just pick one of my own and do it as I go along checking it off the list.

The game has a pretty robust Journal. No need to try to remember everything. Are you looking at the outcomes of your various choices before you make them? That's what I think is bad form. Not knowing the outcome is is the charm. You could think you're doing the "right" thing and it ends up going completely sideways.

I mean, nothing in there is hostile. Just walk around and go to areas of the map you haven't opened. For that one in particular, just think about where they'd have the druid locked up.
