How do you press "R" on an Xbox controller?

How do you press R on an Xbox controller.

There is no R.

Am playing the Bond game and it wants me to press R to finish the training. But I can't figure out what R is.

It doesn't appear to be the right trigger or the right button.

Yes, I'm very new to this!

Thanks.

Press the right stick "in" (down, toward the controller?)
Is it RS or R in a circle?
Try that.
(And I don't like press-the-stick-in much.)
There's also "RB", right bumper, the little thing 'above' the right trigger.

That was it.

Press the right stick in. I didn't know you could even do that.

Thanks a lot

Reminds me when I first got a PS3 and had no idea what on earth L3 and R3 referred to. Pushing the sticks in was a revelation!
