I've got something even better... I'm at a friends house, and I've been on my computer off and on for 2 hours, but 30 seconds before this goes on sale his internet gets screwy, 2 minutes later (not even a full 2 minutes into the deal) and I can't even be added to the waitlist. :mad:

When you get waitlisted, it'll tell your number. They told me I was #198 on the Arkham City waitlist and said my chances were "Good".

Battlefield 3 is up now for $28. Based on the description, I was expecting a SOCOM game.

UPDATE - And it's gone in 90 seconds. Pac-Man Party and Zhu Zhu Pets 2 actually sold out first.

I tried to get BF3 for shits and giggles. I ordered AS SOON AS IT WENT LIVE. THe counter was at 0%...as it sat there 'checking the deal' I watched it tick up to 100% claimed, and now am 500+ on the wait list. I didn't even want the game, but wanted to see how quick it would go. Brutal.

Anybody know what time lightning deals are supposed to start tomorrow? Not just for video games, but for everything? I'm getting ready to go to bed, but I'm wondering if they're putting anything up in the middle of the night that might be worth getting up for. I know there was last year. I can't seem to find anything with a schedule of tomorrow's deals though.

No lightning deals from 11 PM to 5 AM PST according to Amazon, at least by checking at their Music store BF Week Deals schedule.

$27.99. Grabbed it though I still haven't played Resistance 2. Liked the idea of another game I can play with 3D glasses and a Move Sharpshooter. Super-Geek-style. Deal lasted more than a few seconds -- folks in the East must be in bed by now or in stores.

joined bf3 waitlist awhile ago bc it told me my chances were good...nothing then clicke on resistance as soon as it became available and it said added to cart but its not in there....first I failed at the stores and now amazon hates me.

$28 for Resistance 3 was $8 more than I wanted to spend. I hear the multiplayer is already dead. So I'll wait until it hits $20.
