Controller for a cell phone?
I wasn't sure whether to put this in tech talk or videogame talk so I chose here. I have been looking around, without much success, for a controller that I can use with my cell phone to play certain games. Ideally it would be a Snes style pad that connected through bluetooth to my android phone. Does anything like this exist? Any easy way I can do it myself?

The wiimote is short on buttons, but yes I have seen that. I may just have to use that method, but it would not be ideal.

Google pops up multiple results for people creating one with an SNES controller and even a how-to.

No need to root. This works great on my unrooted Droid X.
Also, I believe it works with the Classic Controller plugged into the WiiMote, which should provide more than enough buttons. It may require some extra configuration though.

I agree it's not ideal. I've never cared for the fact that the Classic Controller is dependent on the WiiMote. But it is easy and free if you already have a Wii with those controllers.
