Just a correction. The 360 had screen tearing in this case, but it was patched fairly quickly.

Given that most multi-platform games are developed for the 360 and then ported, I tend to go for the 360. But it depends on the game. For example, I bought Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood on the PS3 because it offered additional in-game content via DLC that the 360 didn't have. No problems with that one, thankfully.
