So now I'm refreshing RB.com over and over and over waiting for it to go down.

They probably don't want designing album covers because of the inevitable obscenities that would get uploaded.

But you can already do that with the Band Logo editor.

I was thinking more about photos. Can you upload those in RB3?

The Xbox bundle is out of stock at Amazon. Are they not offering it (I thought that was just the PS3 bundle)?

Nope. I think that could open them up to copyright issues.

Maybe they didn't get enough to fulfill the pre-orders?

I figured it was something like that, but I didn't know if I'd read wrong and they were having the same issues as the PS3 version as well. Pretty much a non-story, just curious.

Couple of questions for everyone getting this:
1) What are you doing first? Creating a character, or diving into a song?
2) quick play or career?
3) What song?

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution

1) Trying out the keyboards
2) Quick play
3) Huey Lewis Power of Love unless another song catches my eye.

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution

1. Quickly create a character so I can...
2. Start a career on guitar (won't have the keyboard or cymbals until this weekend). I quit looking at the song list right after all became known, so I would forget some of them. Looking forward to being reminded as they pop up in the career.
3. I can't wait to play "Crazy Train".

Couple of quickplay songs for me, probably Imagine and Sister Christian, then make the band and start a proper career.

Keep the answers coming. Interesting stuff.

For the record:

quickplay guitar; The Doors

But once i got the drums setup - career mode, pro hard (after a brief quickplay interlude on pro-med to get my bearings).

I was just looking at the Market place on xbox.com, and they have some new RB songs up some are listed as trials. Is this something new where you can try out songs now before you buy ?
