I've expressed my dislike of the B-52's earlier here, but I am totally in for "Love Shack". It would make for a great party song. Who says I don't think of others?
Do you ever buy RB DLC for the greater good, even though you don't particularly like the songs?

To answer your second question, for my wife sure. Anybody else, hell no. They aren't paying for my dlc, and I actually love my wife . Now if they were to give me a points card or something, I'd probably do it then.

I won't buy songs I actively dislike unless there is physically a person in the room begging for it. I will buy songs I'm ambivalent on in anticipation of the greater good. I will buy songs that I enjoy hearing even thought they're "boring" to to play.
And dammit for Love Shack not being in RBB!

I buy all for the greater good of the game and to improve on my drumming. This week will be better than most singles weeks this year.

If that's the version you're looking for, you won't find it, because those aren't the lyrics.

I'm in for B52's too. I had d/led that song a long time ago when I had a copy of Karaoke Revolution but it was simply horrible. I hope this is the version I grew up with the right "Bang Bang" "On the Floor Baby!" If so, me and the wife will have a blast.

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Looking forward to both the B52s and Young the Giant. I've just recently discovered the latter band and happy to see them in the Rock Band universe.
I went through the google spreadsheet with all of our picks, just to refresh my memory as to what we were all thinking. I am pretty impressed with what folks selected. I'd buy a good 25 of 33 songs off of that list straight away. If only HMX listened to us, this video gaming world would be a better place for all.

I think so. There may be one or two they haven't announced yet, but I can't be bothered to math them up.

Yeah, I was wondering if the leaked list of remaining songs is shaping up to be true. The only one of these four that I remember being on it is the fun. song.
$15 is a steal. Really looking forward to this game.
