Right? I wish they'd either fight or fuck. On the table, preferably.

Sorry.. So used to my other forum where we just talk about whatever, and there's like 50 posts in a row about the MLB playoffs and then we talk about whatever game.

There's only one thread.

Tempting, but The Gambler and On the Road Again are the tracks I wanted and I got those during the Pepsi deal. I don't think I've heard of any of the others.

Pics or it only happened in my brain.

(Which it totally already did. Both versions as well as a messed combo of the two in a spectacular display of strength, balance, stamina, and respect.)

So what'll be announced as DLC tomorrow? Anyone?

I'm back to hoping for Def Leppard after getting a song on the disc. Maybe a six-pack(Pour Some Sugar On Me, Photograph, Rock of Ages, Let's Get Rocked, Armageddon It, Animal).

I'm reserving final judgment until all the online functionality begins to work, but until then I'd definitely say if you enjoy the RB franchise this is a game you should be playing.

Thx Chuckd

Fixed :)

Seriously, a full-album of "Hign N Dry" or "Pyromania" DLC would be epic.

Yeah that's the only stuff from them I would buy.
Personally don't care for anything from them after Pyromania.
Apparently their drummer's missing arm contained all the artistic integrity ;-)

After not playing the drums for the better part of a year, Pro Drums on Expert is kicking my ass, but fun as hell. They seem to have improved the double triggering and other combo breaking problems with the cymbals too, pretty sure all the problems I'm having are my own fault.

I love that it will save scores if you turn "No Fail" on because as others have said...this game is SIGNIFICANTLY harder than previous versions. I don't know if it is because I am rusty, calibration issues, or game design...but I am having a much harder time than ever in RB.

After putting quite a bit of time in the game...the only three things I would want patched at this point are:

1. Delete or completely hide songs through the options menu
2. Transparency Slider (I want the board darker, I have no need to see all of my band)
3. Song Length Meter: one of the two (rewind start that RB added) great things GH WoR has...seeing the meter and how close you are can add some intensity to a song as you can put pressure on yourself to get that final star yet checking that meter as well.

You're rusty. The game isn't harder than previous games at all.

Also, I fucking HATE that it saves scores under no-fail mode! If I can't pass a song, I don't want my score saved. It's scrub-tastic.

I disagree. It seems the meter drops much more just after missing one note than before. I noticed it especially when doing some vocals this afternoon. It seems to take less mistakes to put you in the red than before.

I was mainly talking about guitar/bass. Vocals seem a little bit pickier, but not bad at all.

Thread on RB.com and HMXThrasher's response sounds like its unintentionally easier to fail, but everyone's comments are pretty hit or miss, some say one instrument is the same, while others say its easier to fail, etc.

I haven't had much problem. But I haven't really messed with the upper tiers much yet.

Played like 7-8 songs on Easy Pro-Guitar over at Shagrath's. I spent a couple minutes on the tutorial first, and flubbed through the first few songs. However shortly after that I was able to get between 65-90% on the Tier 0 to 1 songs, Tier 2 was a bit tougher, but I think you could still do okay with no guitar experience.

So yeah, this is coming from another person who has never played guitar before. It seems doable to do sight reads on at least the easiest songs on Easy, and perhaps most/all of them on Easy. We checked out the Bass chart for "Jimmy..." it was fucking insane, as it probably should be.

Overall, it was really fun. I'll probably be ordering/pre-ordering it tonight. I'll get sell it and get the Squier whenever that comes out, but I think this will be a good stepping stone.

http://www.fakeplasticrock.com/wp-co...s-keyboard.jpg + http://www.rockband.com/portal/img/g...drum-pedal.jpg = http://ismyipv6working.com/sad-panda-because-v4.jpg

From the manual:

PROBLEM: Overdrive does not engage when I tilt my Keyboard Controller.

Solution: Because it is designed to be played either on a level surface or while standing, there is no traditional "tilt" functionality in the Rock Band Keyboard. You can engage Overdrive by pressing the Sustain button, or by using any Rock Band kick pedal; simply plug the pedal into the 3.5mm jack on the side of your Keyboard Controller and depress the pedal to engage.
I can't get this to work using a RB2 kick pedal (as pictured). I haven't yet tried my Beatles one, but I can't imagine that'll matter. Has anyone else tried or had any success?
