Nice that they're doing the collector's edition steelbook edition of the game with the initial release, this time around. Not so interested in the price, though. As with any video game collector's editions, I'll wait till the price plummets, as they often do.

So basically you are getting a steelbook and saving $10 on a Mimobot drive for your $20 premium price. Digital content costs nothing to provide and as such shouldn't garner a premium price for it, IMO.

As for the game, I really dug the first one, but after going back to it with DLC at a later date it wasn't so hot. Not sure if I'm on board for a sequel yet.

So what packaging are they gonna use for the eventual Ultimate (fart) Edition with all the DLC included, about a year after this one comes out?

I've been watching the prices on the Ultimate Sith Edition of the first game since it came out, and it's been $35-40 the whole time. Lowest it's ever been was $32.99, right after the release date. I keep on hoping Amazon will make it a DOTD or something.

Is it going to come with a game worth playing this time?

Really enjoyed the first game, so this is a definite purchase for me - but not the overpriced, under-equipped Collector's Edition.

The first one had its merits but it wasn't worth the $60 I paid. I hated, absolutely hated the battle with the Star Destroyer. I hope they don't put stupid boss battles like that one in part II.

I guess I'm the only one here who enjoyed the Star Destroyer level. Once I got the hang of it I started to appreciate the badass-ness of the scene.

That said, I stopped buying LE and SE's years ago but I'm still on board for this sequel.

Looks like it would take up too much space. Just the regular version for me...

I kind of liked the level as well after my multiple tantrums of how im going to give up after one more try...

Laughed pretty hard at this. I hope for the same thing, I enjoyed the first one but only because I'm a huge SW nerd. I would look forward to playing a really fun game this time around.

No, that's an MMO. As much of a Star Wars geek as I am, I could never see playing that game. There was an alleged Battlefront III being worked on but the studio closed or is on the verge of closing. I hope someone picks it up and gives it the Modern Warfare MP treatment.
