I need help on this. Ok on may 18th I'm either getting Red Dead or four blu ray movies. Now Red Dead would be $65-$5 preoder-$5 gift cert. Or four movies $50-$5 gift cert. I'm kinda burnt out on playing games, but I can always get the movies. Which one would you do?

I would dump the pre-order, get my 5 bucks back. Pre-order it from amazon, save 5 bucks already because I'm not paying tax, get my $20 gift card for pre-ordering, and then use that to order some blu-rays, which will be cheaper than the ones at best buy anyway, and I won't pay tax on those either.

I did the pre-order from Amazon and apparently they threw in a $5 credit for their MP3 store. I'm assuming the $20 credit becomes available after they charge and ship....?

Yes I believe it takes a couple of weeks after the game ship to get your credit.

It's supposed to be within 2 days of the when the game ships. It all depends on whether they are sending a physical gift card through snail mail or just a code through email.
