Do you only play 1 game @ a time?

Re: Do you only play 1 game @ a time?
I try and stick to one single player "campaign" game until I finish it. I was recently playing Uncharted 2 and New Super Mario and while Mario is technically single player, it's not really on the same playing field as Uncharted.
I rarely abandon games however two come to mind in the past few months, Shadow of the Colossus (terrible, terrible overrated game) and Henry Hatsworth (went from fun to brutally hard about halfway through).

hence the overrated.
I bumped the old thread here and I figured I would stand alone in my conviction, but surprisingly many agreed with me. Very odd.

I tend to stick to 1 genre at a time. So if I already started a FPS I won't start another until it's finished, but I will play a sports, RPG, etc.
But usually I just play 1 at a time.

Haters.Sometimes I play so many games at once I feel as though my face will melt. I definitely went through some burnout in December and even just this past week. Last week I went through Darksiders (still going), Bayonetta, Army of Two (still going), Silent Hill: SM, and a bunch of Indie/XBLA games.

I have a lot of games going on at once, mostly because I play what I'm in the mood for.
Though I'm ashamed of my unfinished pile, which I swear I'll get back to, but if I'm honest with myself, I know full well that I won't - though once in a while I do.

Just 100 percented The Saboteur so I will likely play through The Darksiders next.

I originally thought this thread was a repeat of the "do you play a game a second time" thread
Sometimes I have a kid-friendly game going and a kid-unfriendly game going for the late hours.

i usually play several games at a time, but it's always like:
- fifa
- nba 2k10 (since i play online with friends)
- rock band (when friends come over)
- one "single player game". at the moment, it's arkham asylum. once i finish it (again), i'll move on to uncharted 2.

Only one game at a time which has to be "beaten". Right now it's Darksiders. Might still play Rock Band or a sports game, or maybe even COD online, but if I played more than one game at a time which is finite, that would probably mean I don't like one of them enough to finish and I would just stop.
That said, I did start Fallout 3 and BioShock recently, but they ar eon hold while I do Darksiders which will be quicker so I can get the most money back I can when I sell it.
