Ours is probably at about a dozen, so I concur. Every time we get a points card, we sit around with pen and paper and figure out which songs we want. No matter what, we always have a few songs that we can't afford or rationalize (the kind of song where we would play it a couple of times and never play it again). It would be nice to clean up the queue for a little while.

It puts the nine new tracks under Tragic Kingdom. Downloading the full album still puts the old three under "The Singles" though. Hope that answers your question.

Looks like the Pearl Jam project (which was denied just recently) now has a release date, at least in Europe.

Rock Band: Pearl Jam 9/16

With that title, I'm guessing it's more than likely a track pack, rather than a full-blown project like Beatles and Green Day, where they were the "headliners" of the game's title.

Well, weren't all the tracks going to be Live? I think it always sounded closer to the AC/DC pack than anything. So we're looking at a year where RB puts out more discs than GH? :lol:

And mid-September? That doesn't bode well for a RB3 Fall release.

If it's a track pack, then there's really not much development time needed. HMX will handle the charts and pass those off to Demiurge or whatever studio is doing the track packs nowadays. We can only hope that they've migrated to using RB2 as the backbone for them now.

RB3 will probably be released alongside Natal as a "launch" title.

I'm interested to hear more about this. As it stands right now, I'm not at all interested in merging RB and Natal. And, since I'm completely clueless about the plan, I believe that any time spent specializing these games to proprietary hardware (be it Natal or Move or whatever else) takes away from the focus of the core game and features.

Oh lord...I still remember from when I was in Kindergarten and the teacher told us all to hold our hands like we were strumming a guitar (or air guitar). I was the only one to get it wrong. They put me in special (retard) classes until I hit second grade and then they did a 180 and put me in smart classes. I think it was due to the strumming incident...either that or how I say my L's and E's. :D

With a little bit more thinking on the RB Natal features, has it ever been confirmed that it's in Natal? Or was it just stated that MTV Games/HMX was on board for Natal? I'm thinking it might actually be for the rap/hip-hop project that HMX is working on.

:lol: You're the one that brought up RB3 as a Natal launch title. But, that's the kind of information that I'm looking for because I just can' wrap my mind around what they could add that would actually enhance the game.

The reason I brought it up was because I remember seeing MTV Games/HMX on the list of Natal developers, and I forgot about their other project. I don't see Natal/Move/Wii-mote being an integral part of RB3 (if it's included). Perhaps just an alternate way to activate overdrive?

Yeah, the hip-hop project does make more sense, but there are little things I suppose they could do with Natal.
