Looks like they rotate around 15 questions, as we are getting repeats already.

Lifting a post from CAG, you can get a 4000 point card from Buy.com via eBay for $40. I'm glad I didn't use my $15 eBay Groupon right away last week.

The Official Rules say that each day 203 random times are chosen and the first person to play after each one of those times wins. I'll just keep playing whenever I remember, but presumably times like 3-5 a.m. there'd be less people playing.

How long after the lightmass bomb explosion does Gears 2 take place: Six months

I wonder if they'll ever ask any questions that aren't about CoD, Halo, and GoW. Doesn't seem like a very well-rounded "Gamer IQ" quiz to me.

Looking back at the banner image in the original email, those are the 3 games shown, so they probably won't branch out.

 I did the quiz early this morning and they hadn't refreshed the questions yet. It still counted as my play for today though.

What is the name of the abandoned Nazi prison camp in Call of Duty 3? - Stalag 23

What is the name of the spiritual warrior who fought with Marcus in the Pendulum Wars in Gears of War 2? - Tai Kaliso

Halo 3 introduced these exceptionally large, two-handed weapons that drastically limit players' normal combat options, but offer increased firepower in return: Support Weapons

What does COG stand for in Gears of War? - Coalition of Ordered Governments

I've been doing mine every day in the early AM too, and it's always before they've "rolled" the questions to the next day. It makes it super-fast and easy to bang out the four questions, since someone here (or on CAG) always posts up the answers.

I seriously didn't know any of those answers despite completing all those games.

Only if you use the disc utility.

Hook it up via USB with the transfer cable and you can view it as a giant USB device and then you can copy your shit across without wiping the old one.

Thanks for this info. Does anyone have a transfer cable they'd be willing to loan me? Of course, I'll cover shipping both ways. Fire me a PM if anyone has the inclination. Thanks.

Thank you for your interest in the Xbox LIVE Update Preview Program. Regrettably, you were not selected to participate in this round of the Xbox Preview Program. We encourage you to look for future program opportunities and hope that you will register at that time for another chance to participate.

Hmmm, Major Nelson tweeted that the emails all went out, but I have yet to receive anything. That's worse than a Dear John letter.

Same here, I haven't heard of any friends getting an acceptance email, but some of them got the rejection one.

For those who didn't get an email, check the Connect website. That's how I found out I'm part of the "LIVE Update Audience" (the other group gets the update from the HALO Reach disc).

Sweet! "Live Update Audience" for me as well.

No email, but my https://connect.microsoft.com/dashboard/ -> Watching tab says "Xbox LIVE Update". If I click on that and then click on "LIVE Update Preview" on the left navigation bar, it does say I'll be getting the Halo: Reach disc as soon as "WHEN?" is nailed down.

I wonder if I got in that side because I've never played Reach :p

I hope there's more to the dash update than just this DRM thing. I already have Reach, so if it's just the DRM thing, there's not much to be looking forward to.

Hulu+
Kinect-Netflix Integration

No way those won't be part of it, at least at some point.

I'm not sure about the Kinect-Netflix integration. I don't want to be suddenly fast forwarding and jumping around menus every time I watch Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Do you often yell out "Xbox...Fast Forward!" at random? I think watching Phoebe unhindered is safe.
