The Madden 10 DLC pack, not the AFL stuff but the cheats/help. Then spend the rest on LittleBigPlanet costumes.
Just kidding. How about Super Stardust HD? Rock Band tracks?

I'm thinking I might go with:
MGS
Shatter
Suikoden
Something like that. I need to check and see if Flower or Wipeout have demos. I am afraid Flower might not be my type of game and Wipeout may be too hard.
BTW, I already own SotN on PSX .

SP:
Eden
Flower
Fat Princess
MP:
Fat Princess
Eden (local only)
Flower (none)
Wipeout isn't fun because it's too hard. Savage Moon is OK but absolutely pales next to PixelJunk Monsters, which you already have. (BTW, the expansion should be a priority if you don't have it).
If you have a few bucks left over, the Sudoku game is pretty good. It's a good way to end/start your day.
Oh... do you have Burnout? Slightly above your price range (by $5-$10) but it's really great.

Re: What would you buy with $20 on PSN?
I was pretty excited about Fat Princess at first but lost interest pretty quickly. I agree with Bus that Savage Moon isn't nearly as good as PJM. I disagree that Wipeout is too hard though. With pilot assist, it's the easiest Wipeout I've played.
I know Flower doesn't sound like the sort of game you'd want to play, but it is brilliant.
Again, I agree with Bus about Burnout Paradise. I always forget it's a PSN game as well...and it might just be the best game mentioned in this thread.

I do in fact have Burnout on disc, so I'm set there. I tried out WipEout last night. Pretty hard . I'll try it again with pilot assist, but that feels like cheating. Wish Shatter had a demo, but it looks really fun, and I love those types of games.

If you love those types of games, you HAVE TO GET SHATTER! It's terrific.
Knowing that, I'm back to my original recommendation: Flower and Shatter.

You don't need a demo of Shatter, it is what it is. Here's some gameplay footage:

Re: What would you buy with $20 on PSN?
Flower is almost a magical experience. It's short, but it's the perfect length for what it is. It's got the best sixaxis controls and feedback. It's fun, and almost a poem in video game form. The replayability is good too. I've played the game from start to finish 3 times, and replayed individual levels even more so.
In trying to think of what I second choice might be, I ran across this top ten list. Now I'm considering a couple for myself. Maybe Pixeljunk Eden and something else. Anyone have any thoughts on The Last Guy or Burn Zombie Burn?

The Last Guy has a demo. The problem with the game is that in the later levels it becomes extremely difficult to see the enemies. Since you only have one life, I kept losing and stopped playing out of frustration. (And yes, I have a large HDTV, so it's not that it was too small for my TV).
