That's Mayhem - he's hilarious and one of the craziest fuckers I've ever seen in the ring - he laughs during his fights, even when he's getting his ass kickec (which happens a lot) but he's very entertaining.

He was definitely in on it and could care less if they ranked him low in a video game - he almost fucked up the joke though in the beginning - at least I could have sworn I almost seen him start to laugh before getting off the table.

EA turned down an offer from the UFC to develop the game. They were the first choice by ZUFFA before THQ got the license.

And as others have stated, Miller isn't a UFC fighter.
