Trouble with Wii Guitar Hero guitar

Hi all,

Bought the GH World Tour pack with the game and the guitar.

While playing GH3 - the strum bar doesn't respond well when I strum down, only up.

I have to strum down VERY hard for it to register.

I thought it might have to do with calibration - but the only calibration option I could find was the whammy bar.

Any ideas?

Hopefully it's still in warranty, because you'll want to put in for a replacement. If you bought it locally, I would just package everything up and return it to the store.

I'm a little confused. Does it respond well when you play Guitar Hero: World Tour and only has a problem with Guitar Hero 3?

Didn't open WT game yet, so hopefully that will help as I try to return/exchange it.

Ah, ok. Then yes it sounds like a hardware issue with the guitar and you should exchange it as the others have suggested.

I don't like how sensitive the WT guitar is.. If i so much as move a Millimeter it sets off my star power.. Until I got used to it I never had over 3 bars of star power lol.
