Technically, RB2 doesn't have any downloadable content.

How is that?

Splitting hairs, but that's technically true (categorically) on the 360. Same for the PS3?

I know the Wii has RB2 DLC, but since the question omitted it it doesn't matter.

All RB2 content is actually RB1 content, RB2 just has access to it on the HDD.

I still think it is correct. If you only have Rock Band 2, there's still DLC for your game.

Note the question is "a game that had" not "a game that DLC was released for"...

Yeah, I agree. Like I said, it was splitting hairs.

I don't care. My challenge still stands. Let's take a vote.

I disagree that RB2 has none. The content may be called "Rock Band," but since it is intended for either game, it affects both.

I was sweating bullets with this answer.

I am unfamiliar with how the Rock Band DLC works. Does it all work with both Games?

By the way, that RB photo makes me ashamed to ever play that game again.

Dang it Tarantino. Why would you even use a {sd} on a reverse question? It won't benifit you nearly as much as on a sheep or Wolf? -ohbfrank-

I love (Harmonix CEO) Alex's "drum" face. And by "love" I mean "feel dirty by looking at"...

I'm not sure Rock Band DLC counts as "game-changing". What does adding additional songs to the game change about it, exactly?

Groucho 08-20-09 08:52 AM

Re: (Reverse) Sheep Round 9 — Wolves at the door

I challenge GTA4. Technically, the DLC doesn't change the core game at all.

As much as I want to see the Bus wrong, I think it changes it just as much as adding new levels to an adventure game.

A-aron 08-20-09 08:54 AM

Re: (Reverse) Sheep Round 9 — Wolves at the door

GTA IV's DLC gave the game an entirely new level - if that doesn't change the game, what does? And the question didn't say "core" changing.

For Rock Band, the DLC provides new songs to play, therefore changing the playlist. I vote that it counts.

Clearly those aren't rock faces. If you practice your rock face, you've got nothing to worry about. I mean the drummer's working on his rock face, but he's just not there yet. And the rest of them, well, they're just lost causes. You look like that in my RB session, you get banned or you play "Black Hole Sun" ten times in a row as penance.
