It's pretty damn close isn't it? I can't see this being a coincidence.

How would someone even know which images to grab, unless they already knew which images supposedly inspired his set. From that image, I wouldn't doubt it's inspired by the Mario games.

They're just shapes, in three days I have no doubt that somebody could collect all the proper images to construct that Mario level collage, just a forced coincidence.

No way. Look at the randomness of the clouds. No one could just magically think that odd shape up for a backdrop.
