Star Ocean 4, Final Fantasy, and the biggest one, Suikoden! (108 stars, but to be fair, maybe 30-50% can be used in your party, others just have various duties around the castle).

Next one, maybe also very easy:

You keep finding weapons and ammo in the oddest of places.
