So yeah...cleaned some stuff off the hard drive to make space on the trusty old 60GB...loaded up Borderlands...got just a few minutes past the character select and my PS3 just....turns off.

To make matters worse, the 60GB won't do the fan-check disk-recovery trick, so I had to take the unit apart to get my disk out. I was (I assume) successful in not damaging anything. I think I'm gonna buy a slim whether I get this one fixed or not, but I'll likely order it from Amazon, so I'm out for Borderlands and, more importantly, Warhawk this week.

That sucks! :mad:

On the contrary. I spent much of today playing NSMB Wii and House of the Dead Overkill on my trusty Wii.

I ordered a slim today. Knowing Amazon, I'm hoping for Thurs or Fri.

I'm disappointed you didn't take advantage of the 3 months of Prime free and pay the $3.99 overnight fee. -ohbfrank- You wouldn't of missed Warhawk.

Fairly light turnout tonight. We only had 4-5 on a couple of the early maps until more jumped on around 8:30.

I felt lost throughout the whole night, and I don't know why. Going back and forth with Steve binoculars-style was fun.

Hell yeah!

Some observations/comments:

• While on foot and only 10 feet from your opponent, trying to use binoculars isn't going to end well for either party.
• Team Death Match with 4 people isn't a whole lot of fun.
• Defending your flag on Supply Chain makes you (me :() a sitting duck.
• I love Grinder :lol:
• Those Flying Saucers are incredibly hard to take down.
• "No one expects the Chew-ish Inquisition!"
• A passed out Northwestern pilot can fly better than me.
