Revenge of the Ball (my game is on the XBox!)
The game I've been working on is finally out as an Xbox Community Game. Its called Revenge of the Ball and I like to describe it as 'Pong with guns'. Except the balls are the ones with the firepower.
Take a look and let me know what you think.

Queued up the demo, will check it out tonight. Gonna be a hard sale for $2.50 MSRP, dude!
Speaking of which, what sort of cut do you get of that per sale, if you don't mind me asking?

If you check the community games FAQ it outlines this but iirc it was something like 80% of the sale price. The catch is they don't cut you any check at all until your share totals at least 150$.

The developers are allowed to set a price of 200, 400, or 800 points. Depending on the size of their game (as in megs) MS will set a minimum price so a larger game might only get to choose 400 or 800.

Any game over 50 mb in size has a minimum of 400 pts. I wanted my game to be 200pts so I had to jump through hoops to get it under the size limit.
I believe the developer cut is 70%. But MS still hasn't set up stats so the developers can only guess if they're making sales or not. The first payout is rumored to be sometime in the spring. March has been tossed around as a date but theres no concrete timeline set.
