It's Thursday and appears to be another day of discounts. . . 40% off games. I know I probably could have done better but picked up Wii Mario Sluggers for $30, Wii Star Wars Unleashed for $30, Wii Facebreakers for $18 and PS3 Mirror's Edge for $36. Figured today was the last chance to get the games I want before I'm forced to select what they have left.

Yep same here. I picked up Dead Space and Lord of the Rings: Conquest for 35.99 each after discount for the 360. I probably should have waited but normally when I wait during things like this I end up losing out.

I'm sure I'll check back in. To be honest the store I've been checking out still seemed to have some decent games. I saw Fallout, but I'm not sure if I'm into that game.

Picked up a 360 arcade for 149.99 for a second system in the house.

My store was 40% off games and accessories, and 30% off "social games" like rock band/guitar hero. I picked up a Rock Band 2 band kit for PS3 they only had two left so figured better pick one up. I rarely see these on sale (other than the TRU deal around christmas). Will probably pick up a GH:WT guitar kit when they go 40-50% off since thay seemed to have a ton of those. Also got a Dual Shock 3 at 40% off. They had lego batman for PS3 which I may get.

So, the store is still open. I guess I'll stop by tonight and see what's up.

One employee told me that they may be gone by the end of March or something like that. But that might just be the one store.

I picked up Rock Band 2 and Prince of Persia for $36 each.

Went to CC during lunch today. Games/DVD's/Blu Rays's are 50% off now. I finally picked up a few. Prince of Persia Limited Edition, Little Big Planet, and Left 4 Dead for $30 each. They only had one of each, so I didn't want to wait any longer. But they still had a TON left. Not much Wii, but pretty much every other new release (since X mas) for 360 and PS3. Also the limited editions of Fallout 3, Resistance 2, and Soul Caliber 4.

Oh, and the RB2 & GHWT band kits are 40% off.

So if you have been waiting, now is the time to hit up your nearest CC and see what they have left!

My CC is down to GBA games. DS shit is basically gone.

I saw 50% today and my eyes bugged out. Shit, I only started buying at 40% because I thought the 4 games I chose would be gone because 50% is my real sweet spot. Anyway, sure enough 3 of the 4 I bought were gone today; so I'm glad I did what I did when I did.

Fallout 3....I'm not even sure I'm gonna like this game, but there was only 2 left and I figured I better jump on it @ 50% off.

Tomb Raider is also $30 on clearance at Target.

But it was half empty, the whole store, not just the videogames section. I can't believe people is buying at those prices.

I'm shocked those games were still there. Both my CC's were cleaned out before they even dropped to 20%. WTH. On an unrelated note there was an 80-200mm nikon lens that was $550 that I passed on last Thursday hoping it would be around for the next price drop and of course it was gone when I came back 2 days later.

No such luck.

I also had a vain hope they would have a 120 gig Zune since they were discounted 30%.

Nothing at mine (Stapleton in Denver, CO) except for huge stacks of everything Guitar Hero @ 40% off. 3, Aerosmith, World Tour for all systems all had double digit copies available still. I might try to hold out for a World Tour guitar pack for 50% off, but I don't really expect them to last the weekend.

Oh, at the store I visited yesterday they still had the GH:WT bundles. They were $109 with 40% discount and there were still 3 boxes. They actually have a lot of GH/RB bundles available, I think most are for GH3, the guitar bundle.
