that was my mistake, Google has it listed for November 15th and I only really knew it was this year.

Not a huge deal but both Gamestop and Amazon have 20.00 Xbox gift cards on sale for 18.00 today.

https://www.gamestop.com/gift-cards/...20/532020.html

GS must have been hurting for consoles, I was excited to get 250 for my X1 a couple months ago, congrats to those who got that trade in deal.

If you subscribe to Game Pass and want to get $5 from Microsoft with a minute or so of pressing buttons, there’s a quick guide on SlickDeals. (You can get 6,000 points from the Microsoft Rewards app — more than enough to redeem for $5 at a bunch of different stores — by activating the Battlefield 2042 punch card and using EA Plus to get the trial version of the game.)

The Nintendo Switch / Mario Kart bundle is the 2.0 version of the Switch - for those that are wondering.

I just bough GotG (PS5) from Walmart last week, I wonder if I can just do a price adjustment for $15 on BF... hmmmm.

Thanks, I'd never even heard of Prime Gaming before, despite being a member.

^ I'd never heard of it before last month! From those who have, it seems the offerings have been better the last couple months which is probably why more people talk about it. I almost bought "Frostpunk" on the Steam sale for $10 until I saw December games. :)

GameStop is doing another decent trade-in deal on last gen consoles.
$330 for One X or PS4 Pro$275 for Switch

That's for store credit if you have a pro membership (which is $15)

So if anyone is still sitting on theirs, this is a good time to swap it in. Deal may end after Saturday, as that's when they usually change things up.

Thanks for sharing this. I’d been hanging onto my One X for a year thinking it’d be nice to have in another room, but it got almost no use at all. $330 a year into the next generation was too good a deal to pass up.

GameStop has Assassin's Creed: Valhalla (new!) for $14.99 on PS4, PS5, and Xbox. As far as I know, that's an all-time-low anywhere for a physical copy.

That pesky shrink wrap. I remember when they tried to sell me a "new" game years ago that was unwrapped. I declined.

I bought a new Switch game for my daughter online and it came without shrink wrap. I am pretty furious. Hope she doesn’t mind.

Game Stop is just helping the environment by putting an end to that shrink wrap.

I bought a BRAND NEW Fire Pro Wrestling PS4 @ Gamestop in the beginning of the year. I was sent the disc in a CD envelope. No box, no cover art, no booklet. Yeah I called them up for them to send me a brand new full copy. It actually took me another call for them to send it. So I have 2 CD's of the game.
