Xbox Live 12 month card $40

PS Plus One Year $40

Make sure to use two different ebay accounts if you plan to buy both. They limit one item per account when buying from the seller.

From GOG forums
[quote_2021]
Posted this deal on the Gaming Deals Thread but thought people in this thread should know about it too.

Amplitude (PS4 & PS3 versions) are free on PSN. Go to the link below and buy the free PS4 demo. After you've purchased it, the PS3 and PS4 full games can be bought for free. Possibly a glitch. Best do it before Sony fixes it.

It's a glitch that's been fixed. Buy the damn game. It's worth it.

It may or may not be a glitch, but the two DLCs for Alan Wake are currently free :

The Writer DLC : http://www.cheapassgamer.com/redirec...7&pid=13282152

The Signal DLC : http://www.cheapassgamer.com/redirec...5&pid=13282152

Just what Remedy needs -- for everyone to steal their game via a glitch!

To be fair, it's just the DLC. You still have to own the game to play it.

I'm thinking there were issues with those who got Alan Wake free with Quantum Break and redeeming free DLC too, so they just made it free for everyone.

Grabbing six-year old DLC currently marked as Free in the Marketplace is pretty different than taking advantage of a glitch where the grabbing the demo accidentally allows for the brand-new game to then show as free.

Nice try at Moral Justification though!

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

I was debating digital vs. physical on Dark Souls III, but was at Best Buy so went ahead and picked it up.

Glad I did, because I completely forgot I had GCU still, so much so that I had to scratch my head for a second to figure out why it was under $50.

If you buy this, I suggest you use a credit card.

Edit: PS4 is also available for the same price.
Sounds like they "fell" off the truck

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

I found the "deal" on Reddit. According to them, the domain name expires in about two weeks, which, coincidentally or not, expires at the same time as the deal.

If it's too good to be true...

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

So, in other words the domain expires before the items say they'll ship, sounds legit to me.

This seems a lot more legit: deals on Xbox One consoles and a Wii U.

^ Nice. I'll probably use it on another year of XBL and some steam cash.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Best Buy has some really good video game deals as part of their DOTD. Some standouts are Fallout 4 for $30, GTA4 for $35, the Rock Band 4 guitar bundle for $60, Mad Max for $20 as well as some cheap amiibos and even the new Zelda Twilight Princess bundle for $50 and Animal Crossing bundle for $35. Save even more for GCU members.
