3D Realms Anthology - Steam Edition for $13.59 (66% off)
https://www.bundlestars.com/en/game/3d-realms-anthology

The cheapest price it's been on Steam directly is $23.99 (40% off)
http://steamsales.rhekua.com/search....alms+Anthology

It's a collection of 32 classic Apogee/3D Realms games. It's missing the Commander Keen and Wolfenstein 3D games, because id distributes those on Steam.

The "almost seems too good to be true" part is likely in the limited quantities. When it's an online deal like this, they don't even have an incentive to have a substantial number. The cynic in me thinks it's a cheap ploy by Dell to remind people that they sell consoles and games.

I don't know, for Black Friday I expect $300 price points to be fairly common for the XBox One with various other add ons thrown in. Especially with the PS4 price drop and Microsoft wanting to compete the same way they did last year.

I have a PS4 and XBox 360. I mean the one and only issue that's preventing me from even considering upgrading to the One is backwards compatibility. I own around 25-30+ XBox 360 games that would become useless because it's not backwards compatible. And starting completely over with new $60 games isn't really in the budget for a 2nd system.

I've had my 360 since 2009 and it still works. $300 does seem like a good deal for that package posted above.

I can't believe both consoles are already around the 2 year mark, they seem so young.

Yeah, I'm itching to grab the Halo bundle but with the other deals it's making me rethink what is nearly a $150 paint job.

Speaking of, whatever happened to stu? With Halo 5 on the horizon, I've been reading/posting in the X1 thread more and haven't been attacked for a nonsensical reason yet.

Stu got a Wii U, Chess got an XB1, and Losingmymind got a PS4 and they all live happily ever after :)

Yeah, I can't quite wrap my head around this. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/b...-compatibility

Is it everything? No. Is it soon and progressing? Yes.

More to come. http://xbox.uservoice.com/forums/298503-game-request

And neither one have much to show for it other than some rehashed games. Not much in the way of exclusives, just some polished up games and the next game in the (insert name here) series.

Totally agree, for sure of all places Dell will not be the best deal out there. Although I will say that one will be hard to beat for sure. That's an incredible deal to say the least. Looks like whatever deals they are my brother-in-law will finally be getting one now.

I really hope there's a similar deal on a PS4. I really want Dragon Quest Heroes.

I'd agree, but frankly Bloodborne is one of the best games I've played in the last 20 years so I guess I really can't.

Console-specific exclusives aren't a factor (knew we'd have more multi-platforms than anything), but it has taken an oddly long time for them to make generational exclusives (though I guess Witcher III was a big one).

PlayStation 4 500GB Uncharted + Guitar Hero Live Console Bundle for $369.99

Guitar Hero Live is probably worth $20 :)

Best Buy is doing 50% bonus on trade ins starting on Sunday. I'm pretty sure GCU stacks with that, so that's another 10% on top. Plan on going early though, because they start slashing the trade in prices early.
