I though the gimmick was $100 minimum, I have a 40G PS3, stopped working for a bit, but is working again, was wondering if the $100 was a good trade in value

depends on model. i got $150 from gamestop a few months ago after i finished last of us, but it was the newer slim model with 160 GB HD. if yours is older than that, it probably is about right for the trade in value.

That's a good deal. I traded in a fat and a slim last month to Gamestop... $90 or something each. The longer you wait, the lower it goes.

Yeah, I got the email on the deal. It's a $100 minimum trade in for any working PS3, 360, iPad, or iPhone4 or higher.

PS4 should be easily available next week, imo at least. (If Sony wants to win against Xbox One this fall at least)

I don't see where it says that anywhere on the conditions. It just says it has to be working and have a serial number. Also, I don't know how they would expect you to prove where you bought a several year old console. People don't generally keep reciepts that long.

funny thing is, I searched my CC and think i did buy it from BB 5 1/2 years ago, now I need to decide if I want to do it.

Pretty Hot deal, Walmart is having Pre-Black Friday sale prices this friday at 8am on Disney Infinity Starter set and Skylanders set for 37.99 (Normal 74.99).

Also if you have young ones, and have thought about leappads, they have the leappad 2 for 39.99 (Instead of 79$). Catridges are 15.00$ (A few titles are on amazon for 9.99)

Microsoft sent out an email this morning about some of its products that will have price drops on Black Friday.
Listed games are GTAV, CoD: Ghosts, Halo 4 GOTY, FIFA14, Madden25, and ACIV Black Flag. Prices not revealed.

Now I know what I'll be using my soon-to-expire $20 Reward Zone GC on.

Getting 20% off all new games between now and Sept 2016 sounds pretty nice to me.

I still can't imagine anyone spending $120 on the service though.
It was really nice of them to extend both the membership and this offer to recently-lapsed Gamer Club Unlocked members.

Don't waste your RZ GC on the sub. The sub should be tax free. And the RZ GC lowers the taxable cost of taxable items.

I used a $5 GC for renewing the GC sub. It was the free one they sent out where you had a chance to win from $5 to $10,000 or something with a code the register scans.. Mine was $5.. and there was nothing else I wanted... So I got my GC sub for $5 less.

Bottom line : If you have a current or recently expired GCU membership (expired after May 1, 2013), you should have gotten an email with a single-use coupon to renew for 2 years for $30. They were sent out the first week of Nov. If it was a recently expired membership, they automatically extended you to Feb 2014 anyway
