Gamecenter is out as part of the iOS 4.1 update. It's compatible with:
- iPod Touch 2nd and 3rd gen - iPhone 3GS - iPhone 4 Not compatible with: - iPod Touch 1st gen - iPhone 3G - iPhone 2G I've signed up as "Mr GT Chris" so friend me up if you like. There doesn't seem to be much happening so far. I guess the various game updates for GameCenter compatibility will start coming now. |

Yeah, my 2nd gen iPod Touch just slipped through the net apparently. It was originally announced to not be compatible.

The Creeps is free again.
I'm annoyed though because somewhere along the line the save-game has been lost. It used to save my game when I went to a different function on the Touch, but now it just starts from the beginning. Maybe this new version (1.4.7, and iTunes shows a screenshot I haven't seen before on the purchase page) will fix that. I don't see a way to buy level packs on iTunes. Does that have to be done from within the game? Not wild about creating an account/sharing credit card if I don't have to. EDIT: Never mind, I bought it within the game and it hit my itunes account. |

stay away from Grand Theft Auto Chinatown wars for the ipad. Picked it up and the frame rate is horrible through out the game. Plus the controls are horrible. the left and right arrows for driving are in a weird spot and have a wide space between them and to turn you need to be touching that exact spot.
Gas and brake are in a weird spot as well. |

Sounds like a failure on the part of Touch Arcade. They said nothing about those issues in their write up.

A sale. I think the normal price is ~$8.
I found Angry Birds a lot deeper than Crush the Castle. That game only held my attention for about 30 minutes. Your mileage may vary. |

There are youtube videos for almost every level of Angry Birds I think so if you get stuck you could give that a shot.
