Big surprise that Americans aren't really interested in "Japanese Chess".

I have always wanted to learn how to play Shogi. Does this game basically train you to play (a la Chessmaster)?

Tried the Desert course download for Golf : Tee It Up! It's really pretty and nicely detailed. It's also insanely hard. Long narrow courses on cliffsides, some par 6's. The worst, though it the absurdly difficult greens. One I was on had a mini-golf-like rise up to the hole and thanks to a glitch in the game, I couldn't putt up the hill enough even at max force. That was very lame, but otherwise, I thought the course was pretty fun.

That reminds me of the expansion for 3d Ultra mini golf had the same thing the expansion was much harder then the original game. I ended up buying rocket bowl and I don't know why but its fun and a good time waster.

Duke Nukem 3D ready for XBLA action Sept. 24

http://www.joystiq.com/2008/09/13/du...ction-sept-24/

The "highly anticipated" re-release of 3D Realms' Duke Nukem 3D received a release date on last night's exclusive-rich episode of GameTrailers TV. The revamped 1996 shooter will be parking its bricks in the XBLA toilet on Sept. 24, complete with eight-player co-op and Blinx-esque Braid-esque rewind capabilities. Also, it apparently has the ability to actually be released, giving it a leg up on the other Nukem title that's currently in production. No word yet on how many Micro-bucks it'll run the discerning, alien-hating 360 owner.

I might try Feeding Frenzy 2. I never bought FF1, and since it's still 800 points as well, I probably never will. This got a pretty good review in OXM.

That Domino game? Yeah, I don't think that's going to be a big seller for some reason.

I enjoyed the first Feeding Frenzy and would pay 400 points for this one (or if i had half price point cards). With so many new games though i doubt i would pay the full 10$ for a new version.

Feeding Frenzy 2 has co-op for 1-4 players through campaign this is great, but it is only local play.

no I have the full game it's the second version of the arcade disc that came out. I picked it up used at gamestop. IT has Uno, Pacmam CE, Feeding Frenzy, and two other cheap games that I can't remember . I got it for 12 bucks and those 3 games are worth it.
This one (I am linking for an example not because its an ebay page) http://cgi.ebay.com/Xbox-Live-Arcade...d=p3286.c0.m14

I'm actually interested in the Dominoes game, I really like playing Dominoes in real life. But yeah, 800 pts it's too much. I'll check the demo and wait for a sale.

No, it's a stand-alone disc, available at retailers everywhere.

This could be interesting, or bad, depending on what happens. I had heard rumors but this is the first confirmation I've seen.
Fable 2 Pub Games slight spoiler ahead:
Spoiler:
Well, you can bring in your money from Fable II Pub Games. You may even have used the well-known cheat to earn your dough. Just be warned. Molyneux has said that the cheat was no accident and that those who used it to earn their money will be in for a surprise.

I absolutely despise how he tries to come off as all knowing and like he bringing never-before-seen brilliance to gaming.

I also can't believe they allowed a glitch like that to stay in the game for some meta-gaming element they will play up in the commercial release.

It still is part of the Arcade bundle. Some people just sell them to the used shops. I wouldn't mind having it for cheap for BBR, Luxor 2, and FF1. But it would have to be pretty cheap.
