I think it would have the same issue there if it's server based like this regardless if it was console or PC. Too much anticipation for this game, and everyone is trying to get on to play.

I dunno, games like Call of Duty launch and don't break the servers too much. Plus, all I want to do is play solo and still have to be online...it's just a dumb idea.

don't be afraid to hop in a game with me...or send me an invite. I will not rush through the story, and the loot is so much better the more players. I was playing with 3 first thing this morning and the loot blows what you get in sp out of the water. Each person increases loot quality and ups the difficulty.

What's everyone using to communicate built-in chat or something else? An ex-coworker I joined this evening was using skype with his friend, and I launch mine through Steam so I have that available.

Vent and teamspeak are programs. You have to pay for servers to use in those programs. There may be free servers out there, but I don't know.
