Actually, what really happened was I beat your score on my third attempt, and since that was the only one i beat you on so far, i gave up happy f- then I kept trying to get the Wax Off achievement. I was 81% done at the most :(

My little leaderboards are filled with a couple people that don't have the game. Looks like I need to add some of you guys so my scores aren't so lonely.

Just got the surfing and Wax off achievements. They are not as hard as I thought they would be, only took about 15 tries each. Now, getting the 1 million points in Waves was the hardest for me so far, as that took over 25 tries...

What I like about the achievements in this game is that they aren't related to score (except the 2 that are). They sort of build up to a second game, a different way to play other than going for leaderboard position.

I know you can sand it down, but the octagonal ridges are not great for GW since it has true 360 degree shooting.

i got surf on my 2nd try :) The tip is to stay right near the middle.

Geometry Wars 2 is now one of the highest rated games of this gen :lol:.

GW2 is a blast! Only problem I have is that there is much going on that I can't keep tabs on all of the baddies. Definately a winner! (the game, that is)

My Geo Wars score was higher than yours the last time I checked.

That Pacifism score was high enough for the top 500 last night but I'm sure it's been beaten down by now. :( That is a fun gametype though.

Yeah - pacifism is a fun mode, and once you hit a groove of farming the baddies, I can see how you got that score.

I think I'm only like 100k behind you in waves. That's like 20 kills.

Yeah it's entirely possible, there are a few people ahead of me in Waves, in fact I think I'm far enough down that I don't even see Pixy's score. :(

This is easily the best 800 point game put out on the arcade that I've played. It took everything great from the first game and expanded it. I just wish I was a wee bit better at it...

I played the demo and was a little shocked by how quick the difficulty ramped up. I never got really good at Geometry Wars, but I still have a great time playing it so I'll definitely be grabbing 2 (even though the suckage is bound to continue) just to fool around with the new modes.
