My son's birthday cake(s) that I made

I decorate all of my son's cakes for their birthdays. We had the small one last week just for us, and the large one for today's party.

Here are some from the past:

I had a few other pics that I can't find, another Halo:CE one, and a Master Chief in a Warthog.

Steelers fans...

I had to track down a Joey Porter for my son a couple years back (his name is Porter)...sadly, nobody knows who the hell Joey Porter is (was), they just assume we had the name put on the jersey

OH man!!! You scared me because I thought the 1st cake was some sort of sick, but creative nonetheless, version of the infamous Goat... Halo edition.

I wish you were my Dad.

Not really. But I wish you made me cakes like that anyway.

LOL, thanks guys. This is what I do. I run a bakery, and while I don't get to do too much decorating, I always make time for 'special' cakes.

In a related side note, the cake box that is in the movie Smart People was from my store, lol. The director came in like two years ago & said he needed two boxes for a movie prop to put an Xmas cake in. He told me who was in it & all, but I forgot about the movie until I saw my cake box...I was so excited

BTW : I showed your pics to my nearly 7 yr old daughter and she said "Cool!" so you're a hit with the target demographic as well.

LOL, that's my middle son. At one time, when my two oldest were around 4 & 6 (in that pic), they looked like twins, and they both looked like him. People actually asked us if it was him, and if he was in town to film a movie. Here is another pic from that party, both of my son's have Steeler jerseys on:

You should introduce those people to the concept of "aging", whereby a 6 year old actor in a 1996 movie gets considerably older and taller by 2006, unless his name is "Gary Coleman".

Those are some pretty awesome cakes.

Too bad you weren't doing this circa 1990.
