Another free car, the GT-R GT500 Stealth Model (it was previously available only as part of the GT5 signature edition). PSN Code is RD69-FJN9-5N6Q. Code is good through Jan. 30th, 2012. The code is good for any NA PSN account, and it's only 100kb for the DL.

Also, the DLC pack was delayed to October 25th. To make up for it, anyone that purchases the full pack before Nov. 7th also gets a free theme and the Honda NSX GT500 Stealth Model (previously a Wal-Mart pre-order car).
