Playing with KITT is a blast. Took a few tries to get the 3 burnouts in a row trophy, since its so damn fast, but awesome though. I havent tried the other cars yet.

Man, the 88 (Delorean) is super fast, especially on hover! I actually crashed into things that are so high off the road because of the increased speed and angle of jumps! I love all the cars!

I think this is what it boils down to. It's more of a $8 gift to Criterion for all the shit they've given for the past year.

Thanks for the tip. I think my main problem is hitting the ramp correctly, since I often manage to get about halfway through the barrel roll before landing on my roof or side. I'm slowly getting better at it though.

BTW, Criterion made an update (1.6) where the cars right themselves better after a barrel roll. It was part of an incentive for newer players to encourage more diverse play. I have finally gotten sort of good at it myself - I used to NEVER nail those!

What's up with the version 1.7 update? I just downloaded 1.6 a week or two ago, now 1.7 weighing in at almost a gig?? If you DL 1.7, can you delete everything up to it (1.6, bikes, etc...)?

I deleted 1.6 before downloading 1.7. Didn't have any problems. I don't know about deleting the bikes and other stuff.

I am still unable to get this tropy. I have gotten up to 5X on Burnouts with it many times, but never get the trophy. I was thinking it was a glitch, but maybe I'm missing something.

Played a couple of hours online today and Kitt is awesome. You can rack up some massive takedowns with a car that fast and strong. I went through one group of cars like they were bowling pins and not only took them down, but shot Kitt in a huge arcing spin into the woods.

I agree, my favorite car by far. The Bootlegger was fun as well, but the Spirit sucks, and the Knight Rider (forgot the name) car is terrible. They used the old Duke's horn for the Bootlegger, why not the Ecto-1 siren for the Spirit? Now I wish I'd only bought the two :lol:

Just listen to the douche DJ, and stop at each intersection to do an event - you'll get the hang of it.

Same here, I finally scored my regular 4x trophy with the car but somehow, haven't manage to get the 3x on the car itself.

Bring up your map. Keep moving right or left until you get to the options section and change it there.

Set the time of day to midday and you'll always be playing at noon.

I finally tried the DeLorean and KITT and liked both of them. Of course the DeLorean is cooler, being able to hover all over Paradise city is just too cool.

Is there a way to turn off the fog? I find that to be much more annoying than night driving.

If you use midday and sunny you'll never see fog. It's in the same settings mentioned above.
