I was hoping to not get the guitar with GH3 and just get it when Rock Band came out. However, since it sounds like RB will come out with a wired guitar only first (grrrr...) I went ahead and got the one with GH3.

That brings my total to 4: 2 wired black SG controllers for PS2, 1 wired XPlorer for XBOX360, and 1 wireless Les Paul for XBOX360.

This will undoubtedly go up to 6 after getting a wired and wireless for Rock Band.

3 between my brother and I, red wired for PS2, one wireless for PS2, and the Wii one.

Only have 2, mainly because I've only played on the 360, but still contemplating Rock Band.

I had one SG, but I gifted my PS2 and all my games to my best friend, so just the LP for me. I'll prolly have a wired Strat for a while and eventually a wireless.

i was planning on unloading one of the les pauls when rock band comes out, but i really like them. we'll see.

I don't understand...why in the world would you possibly need more than two? There's no three or four player options in the game. Why waste money?

Well, in my case, I have various versions of GH on multiple consoles (PS2 and XBOX360), so I have guitars for each. But I can also see where people bought 2 wired guitars when they came out and then bought an additional wireless one when it was released.

In that case, why not sell off one of the wired ones? It just seems a waste. Your instance makes sense, since it's spread across consoles.

3 for the PS2, 1 for the 360. And as soon as my console comes back, I'll have another for GH3.

I'll be selling the PS2 versions and system soon, however.
