From the best of my memory:
- *Sign out of Live* - did you do this first?
- go to system blade
- go to memory
- go to hard drive
- go to gamertags
- click your gamertag and an option will pop up to move or delete
- click move and select the memory unit

Thanks for the refresher, for a while I wasn't signing out of Live and thought it would correct when I learned that. It didn't, but you're right, it could just be a bad memory card. Everything else saves properly, but it could be just that Gamertag function isn't working properly. Maybe I'll see if I can swap it out at EB or something, I'll pay a few extra bucks to pick up a new one just for the piece of mind.
