That would be odd, since it wasn't even advertised in last week's sunday ad.

I just called my TRU and they said the sale started Tuesday and ends this Sunday.

Some also claim it's actually going to be in the ad this Sunday...I hope so, because by next week they'd hopefully have ES in, and I could pickup another copy of Halo.

I was also told the sale was extended from Saturday to Sunday. So that may mean the Sunday add is for Sunday only.

The fine print on the website states that it ends on the 22nd.

Outside of Fry's, time-sensitive sales usually end on Saturdays.

Why do these sales always happen when I'm "broke"! :lol::(

Well, all week I was hoping Ninja Gaiden Sigma would come back in stock now it's not even on the site anymore. So, I decided I could cancel my order for Heavenly Sword from another etailer and order it here but it's not part of the deal. So, then after much debating I decided I would give in and order Bioshock but alas it is out of stock. I've followed this TRU sale since it started and now I'm not getting anything. I wish it was a bit more official like it was last year.

I picked up some $30 games, trying to expand the Wii library.

FWIW, it sounds like at least some stores are continuing this deal this week.

I bought a couple of Wii Points cards on a whim for $32. I may take one of them back for a classic controller though.

Anyway, in store sale was still going today.

There are rumblings on CAG this sale may be on again during the week of 10/14 - 10/20.

Hopefully my TRU will leave some good games on the shelf this time.

Thanks for the tip. I can hold out a few more weeks, just in case. I'll be laying around the house the 18th and 19th anyway due to a procedure from which I don't intend to get frostbite...

you'll be surprised how ice will be your friend if its the procedure I'm thinking of... never would have thought ice would be something that I'd happily apply to that location, until then.

They usually have them every October, I assume in October to clear out their video game sections for the new release onslaught.

Sorry, I did question whether it was wise to bump it since the title might lead people to think the Buy 2 deal is going on again. There is a Buy 3, Get 1 free.
