People at CAG are reporting it's not only available in store, but on all games.

I just saw the buy 2 get 1 free deal as I went to a TRU by chance today. I buy any game but they had another deal. Buy 1 accesorie get the second one 50% off. So I bought a PS3 Controller and a Wii Control for $77 and change and N-chuck and a system selector for $35. In the TRUs here all games from all consoles as well as all accesories are part of the deal.

As in for preorders or just games in stock in store?

Can you mix 360 and PS3 games?

In the past you could mix console games with no problem.

Just in stock games, I think.

If you guys need another confirmation, I just came from TRU and the sale is in effect for my local PA location. The woman working the video game section said it started there as of an hour ago.

I guess this is their infamous annual sale, just a bit early. At least the 2nd offer is a nice bonus.

It would've been nicer had they done this closer to Christmas. Nothing out right now I want to buy. :(

Store I was at had signs everywhere and it is all games and all accessories as others have posted. Picked up Wii Points cards, but they didn't have any games in stock I wanted.

Yeah I went in today and the guy working video games told me to do the same thing as I left empty handed. They didn't have any sings up but I asked him about the deal when I came but when I asked him about the sale he said they were doing it.

So this deal covers accessories too huh?

This is totally unrelated to the subject at hand, but I didn't want to make a useless clutter thread to ask a simple question. Is there a "post pictures of your video game collection" thread anywhere in here? I did a few searched and looked through a few different pages, but couldn't come up with anything. I am curious to see what a lot of people here have, and I would love to have an excuse to snap a few pictures of mine.

I assume this would work for XBox Live points, right? If so, I'll be stopping by my local TRU at lunch.
