Neck and neck? Maybe monthly, but the PS3 lags behind the 360 by about 6.5 million. Everyone assumed 10 million would be essentially be hit overnight with the launch of the PS3 on the name alone. That hasn't been the case.

In Japan, the PS3 is already ahead of Xbox360. But in North America, it's a bit farther behind. |
