It seems like that is the only time this group gets together now. So yeah, COD4 should be a go for tomorrow night.

Hey Gang

This is more of a question though some may take it another way or maybe a "hint" for some. This is about Friday nights with COD4. I've only been playing three weeks since back online while everyone has been at it far longer. Anyway when I get on I see say four or five friends online and join in. Before long I look at the list of players and don't recognize anyone, as if the others dropped out. Then a see one or two trying to get back in, then not. Then look at my friends list and they're all in another COD4 map. By the end of the night I ended up on "Hardcore Team Deathmatch" and didn't know a single person.

I don't know if it's a "hint" to me or if the game is going one way and some want to do something else or what? The last two fridays has been that way. I just know toward the end it seemed to be getting a bit more serious for my taste and abilities which basically in one word...Suck.

I think maybe you don't have notifications on. I know I've invited you to games before and you've gotten in but when someone else gets on and we back out of a lobby to pick them up you don't back out with us. So I've sent you more invites but you don't accept them.

If you're in a party and they back out of a lobby you don't automatically go back with your group, so you have to hit the "B" button to go back to your party lobby. We always say "Hey xxxx got on we need to back out and pick them up" that means you need to back out as well.

exactly, you kind of have to listen to your team, if the people you're playing against are jerks or you just need to 'regroup' or add players, everyone backs out of the public lobby into the hosted room.

The host of the room has to back out first though, otherwise you'll end up alone.

And if you end up alone because everybody else backed out, just send the party leader a message saying you want back in if they don't send you another invite right away. Only the party leader can back out of the lobby. If you try to do it before him, you will get kicked to the main menu.

I think that was me that dumped Kenny by accident the other night - we had backed out to pick up another player, so we could play with a full squad of 6, and Buzz didn't back out, and wasn't responding to invites...but it happens, you know. The lobby and such isn't as robust on CoD as it is on Halo.

That said, we've got a damn fine crew of regulars on CoD!

I very much deserved that. I was on CoD4 for a while Saturday night. We were having an 8BB and TTL mixer in CoD4. Loads of fun and added a couple really great guys to my friend list for when we need some more people in CoD.

I hope to be online and slaying with you guys this weekend. I'm not so sure about during the week due to something going on with my throat. I have this sinking suspicion i'm losing my voice due to disease the outbreak monkeys at school gave me.

You should try not fucking them next time.

Edit* After rethinking this I think you should sue the school. Obviously you were an unwilling participate in their experiment. I'm sure they got the monkeys knowing full well you wouldn't be able to resist.

That's right! I was there that night and he just sat in the lobby as we sent him invites.

And we do have a good group, even if some of the stuff we say gets creepy sometimes.

The best was when I said something really gross and Logan thought it was you!

Thanks for the clarification. As to the second comment I couldn't agree any more except Martin my have a say about me and Halo.
