YOU pick my next XBLA game!

I'm moving to a new place on Sun. and I won't have internet access for awhile. I've got a few points to burn on an XBLA game. Thought I'd enlist your help to help me find a great game that will help tide me over until I get back on Live. I'll purchase whatever game gets the most votes by Sat., June 30, the day before my move-out day.

Games listed are ones recommended in the other XBLA thread and a handful I've had my eye on for awhile. Not listed are games that I already play regularly or tried demos of and didn't enjoy. Not preferentail to eny one genre or style, so I'm open to any of the titles listed in the poll.

Help me out!

I'll post me thoughts/experiences on the game after I've given it a whirl next week.

(For what it's worth, the XBLA games I play the most are Uno, Frogger, Root Beer Tapper, Aegis Wing, Rally-X, and Ms. Pac-Man.)

even though it isn't on the list - Carcassone (sp?) is a fun one.

Wow, Bankshot Billiards is good enough to be listed twice!

Pac-man CE seems like a good one based on what you already have, so that's what I voted for. Pinball FX is great if you're into pinball at all. I personally think Geometry Wars is a little overrated, though it is only 400 points whereas my other suggestions are 800 points. Castlevania and Lumines are just ports, but they might be worth it if you don't already have the original games.

Just noticed that. Maybe my subconscious is trying to tell me something.

Based on what you play the most, I am 100% certain with choosing Pac-Man: CE. It has the retro feel yet modern at the same time.

Is there any way to edit a poll? I feel like an idiot for listing Billiards twice.

I picked Castlevania because I assume you mispelled Catan.

I played the Catan demo. Didn't care for it.

I picked Castlevania since I figure that would keep you busy if you're without internet access for a decent amount of time.

From the games you've listed that you play the most, you seem to enjoy arcade style gameplay. I highly suggest Geometry Wars as it pretty much is the definition of arcade style gameplay.

Pac-Man CE is good as well, but since you already own Ms. Pac-Man, go for Geometry Wars for a different type of gameplay experience.

Just have a smile, a laugh, and realize that we all do things like that sometimes.

You play Root Beer Tapper. And dislike Catan.

I know I, for one, am not qualified to give advice on what you should play.

That Pac-Man CE is pretty great, if overpriced. You can't go wrong with Geometry Wars -- it's a true arcade classic and only 400 points, but it IS one of six complete games included in Live Arcade Unplugged and that disc can be bought for $15 or less online with a free month of Live to boot. Billiards is a fine game (if not entirely worthy of two voting slots ), but it's way overpriced at 1200 points. I bet the codes could be found cheaply on ebay since the game was free with the older 1 year Live kits.
