You need to go into the sound settings and switch the option to headset only, or else you will hear everyone through the speakers when they are in the same vicinity as you.

I got in on the Gateway deal mentioned early in this thread, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Apparently FedEx is run by a bunch of incompetent idiots, and after 4 calls to them and one received at 7 AM, they can't find my address and I can't pick my game up at a local shipping center since my driver is an "independent contractor". I find it amazing how UPS, USPS and DHL have all delivered to me with no problem. I finally got sick of it, and I picked up a copy of the LE at Walmart and will return my Gateway copy with the Walmart receipt when it finally gets here. Naturally, the disk was loose and it has a couple scratches on it. Hopefully they're not bad enough to effect play. :(

I won't be able to accept for who knows how many days/weeks, since mine was sent to MS for the usual problems.

I don't like the way the voice works either. You don't have to hold the D-pad down though, you just have to hit it and it will stay open until you stop talking.

I had the same problem, all of yesterday I was hearing voice through both speakers and headset, and all my settings were set for Headset Only, Ill be able to get in game in 30min to see if I just needed for the system to be shut down and restarted.
