Ok, I'm at the end. I'm at the Dam. I've protected Jung on the computer console now I went upstairs and I saw Irena through the glass but couldn't kill her. There's no doors or anything. I go back through the level where there's more tangos but nothing. The computer tells me to go back to the last main room again. What am I supposed to do? Please Help!!

The room that Irena is in - if you are facing the glass, there is a door to your left that opens after a certain amount of time. I don't think you have to activate it, just go stand by it.

I had the same problem in that section.

ive heard the problem could sometimes be a tango hiding somewhere that needs to be killed still and be sure you trigger the conversation with your men before going up to irena. then yes the door on the left opens for you--your guy opens it for you.

i had a weird bug with irina.
she wouldn't die and just stayed in a spot crouching.
walked up to her and shot her point blank with numerous bullets and she didn't die. had to resstart

Ah, thanks. I think I'm gonna have to restart the level. Apparently the stupid game saved itself and now everytime I go back into that main room and walk up the stairs again the Game Over screen pops up and says 'You Failed to Kill Irena' I'm pretty upset.

Oooh - that blows.

That's a weird part of the game. There isn't really any other level that needs a trigger like that. At least, nothing I'm remembering.

Aha, so this glitch that really sucked ended up working out. The glitch opened up the next level, the big room where Irena is on the 2nd floor. So, I blew away all those guys killed Irena very easily and then stopped the rocket after dying about 20 times. But I beat the game w00t!
